BMI is a relative measure of your weight to your height and as such indicates your ideal weight range based on your height.
It is calculated by dividing your weight (in kilograms) by the square of your height (in metres).
Classification of Body Mass Index

| Obese Class 2 | 35 - 39.99 | Severe |
| Obese Class 3 | > 40 | Very Severe |
